Spearheaded the family business of textile and garment manufacturing .And dared to dream the CROWN business in the year 1977 based out of Kolkata into one of the biggest apparel manufacturing companies in the eastern part of the country. He is the guiding force for the ongoing and future projects of the company and is actively involved in the strategic thinking and corporate financing of the company.

Ashwini Agarwal

Currently the Managing Director of the company with engineering and management background. Alumnus of NIT Trichy and IIM Lucknow, Joined business in 2009. After joining the business , ensured the increase of product portfolio and geography in terms of width and depth of distribution. Setting up of new manufacturing factories to expedite the process.

Heads the Uniform business of the company. With the group since 1994, when he started from the packing department, and managed all facets of supervisory roles in the company in the garment industries.

SK Palash

Heads of the fashion Legwear business of the company. Professionally qualified with textile Technology. Worked in the apparel manufacturing business for last 14 years. Handled clients from various textiles and apparel companies. Had experienced with various Retail Industries like Max, Pantaloons, future Group, Reliance Trends, etc.

Dipankar Das

Manages team of experts who ensure the quality promise of the company.Professionally qualified in the apparel quality domain and rich with diverse buyers from all over the world.

Atanu Mitra

Currently is acting as a mentor for leadership roles of the company. A Professional with 29 years of versatile experience working with various large and mid sized textile and apparel companies in sales and marketing. Business Head and Vice President level for the last 12 years.

S. P. Sengupta

Leading the Govt Business Development of the group. Retires class 1 gazetted officer of Ministry Of Defence, Govt Of INDIA. Having a vast experience in Material Management and Administration.
